PATENTING

If the new idea results viable, we apply for a patent.

COMMERCIALIZATION OF THE NEW CREATION

Every good Robotrend idea is destined for adoption by an interested company (adopter), either through sale or licensing of use of intellectual property ownership.

What We Deliver.

OPTION 1:

Basic Adopter Delivery

The client (adopter) receives comprehensive documentation that includes:

Fully detailed solution design, drawings, operational description, 3D videos showing simulations of how it will work in practice;
Transfer of patent ownership, whether already granted or in the process of being granted by the Patent Office, together with all the documents describing it.

In this Basic Adopter Delivery option, the responsibility for making the solution come true is with the client itself.

OPTION 2:
Full Adopter Delivery

The client (adopter) receives comprehensive documentation that includes:

Basic Delivery package

ROBOTREND will be responsible for the entire development of the solution;
1 real-scale, fully operative prototype unit as PoC (Proof of Concept) will be delivered to the Adopter.

In this Full Adopter Delivery option, the solution buyer/licensed client will pay ROBOTREND for the entire development.
